Feminism Through Photography: Let's not over react to something thats purely NORMAL and a BLESSING

Final Project
In some ways I choose not to hear, listen or accept the criticism men, even women, elderly and young adults have on the idea that being a feminist is wrong. Or mixing art work with nudity as my project portrays that for a purpose that isn't about being funny, judgmental, and wanting you to think about sex. It's purpose is to allow women all over the world to feel blessed, to feel alive, lucky, beautiful and one in a million lady. By not being afraid to express her curves in the way she moves with her long red dress. Or feel bad when wants to wear that black short dress showing mostly skin or feel free when she takes off her bra and decides to step outside because, "DAM IT," bras are annoying too. I am not here to change the minds of anyone or make them believe that art is another form of language, another form of expression, knowledge, purpose, an ideal that I believe is all that and more. I am simply here to give a different perspective on what art is to me and how I used this tool for feminism, for women, and for "OUR FREEDOM," that acceptance whether you disagree with it or not is a must. A freedom we currently do not have because if we has women not all but some feel being nude for a bigger purpose like Ghana's Amer vision, worries you then this project will surely make it difficult for you to even comprehend.
Feminism through photography lets not over react to something thats purely normal and a blessing, is giving you the answers to all your worries through this title. How can we not as females men, elderly, young adults and children tell ourselves we must accept what we have, we must love ourselves and be proud about it all. When all we do is nothing but accept stereotypes, allow shows to broadcast plastic surgery procedures, teen girls being pregnant, and elect a President Mr.Donald "sexist," Trump. How can this be a normal, how can this be okay when art is used as a tool for women as a way to strength our community, love for other women, our bodies and voice to be heard. How can we sit here and bagger the very ones Ghada Amer, Judy Chicago, Sam taylor-wood, and many more similar to them when all they do is give more life and joy to be a woman. Additionally nudity has always been in art, if we look back in time when art was viewed as holy and only royalty and gods had their statutes, paintings and so on created for them. It was based on the reasons that art was powerful, that art was for the riches and it can last forever, you can not erase history but be part it and hope to be remembered.
Nudity are in Museums where the current Guerrilla Girls are fighting for because 85% of the art work are nudity of women but only 5% of them are Women Artist. Facts like this and the history of Nudity based on women and the amount of times one visits museums, take pictures, selfies and sends naked photos to at times total strangers, and this is true ladies and men. But when it comes to females trying to represent their bodies in an artistic, political, feminist idea it scares you, it concerns you and it doesn't affect you in a positive matter. REALLY!
I only hope this project allows you to at least give some considerations, opens up your mind, knowledge and understand that everything we do, everything we accept and don't as females as the next generation of feminist woman. That even if you still after this is all over do not agree with everything feminism is because just like Linda Nochlon said, "The problem lies not so much with some feminist, the concept of what feminist is but rather the misconception shared with the public at a longer of what's in it." I am a feminist who loves females, men, my body, art and NUDITY. The more we accept that we all are naked beneath the clothes we have, that history only proves nudity is human nature and the more criticism we give towards nudity the more we give everyone a reason to accept all the other negativity, sexism, stereotype, and more women face every day. Open your minds up to a project thats only meant to express feminism and freedom. EXPLICIT IS ART.
